Don't believe in Diamond Stones (nobody really buys them as much as they do Gold). Land is eternal even under water, you can grow gardens after it surfaces. Earthquake resistant structures are better, they can stand at worst calamity. Cash is useless (it poses exchange rate drafts, carrying issues, and theft losses). Plastic is good if you have self control. Best of all, land, indoor art and some people for investments.
