All untrue

Whatever has been cited as supplements that break down fats is not true, it is without any scientific basis. You can say that these foods/supplements are good for health in general but it is completely nonsense to say that they are fat burners.

They want to promote these in India. Especially oats and other stuff. Some of them can be itolerant to oats if they have gluten sensitivity.

I agree with you, there is a commercial intestion behind promoting Oats and other food which Indians have never eaten as a regular diet, historically Indian have been eating Wheat and Rice, the reason being the geographical location of the country and so many other factors, problem arise when people eat more than the recommended portion, doesn't matter whether it is Rice, Oats or wholemeal, eat the right portion, be physically active by playing sports or doing exercise, we use garlic in our curries anyway, it is all about portions and being sensible in what you eat, researchers said green tea is good and I have seen an article last week, it says there is a high chance of prostrate cancer if you drink green tea, researchers say onething today and quite opposite tomorrow.
