IIMs to start awarding degrees instead of diplomas

I wonder that IIMs teach so that students can serve in a foreign country instead of their own country .What a shame!

Heard for the FIRST TIME from a PROFESSOR that IIM students had difficulty explaining their Diploma's parity with the management degree.
