by bjy tms on Jun 23, 2012 09:42 AM

The exploding phone technology is patented by Apple, now this is clearly an infringement.

Samsung Galaxy - The best explosive for terrorists !!
by Edison John on Jun 23, 2012 09:15 AM  | Hide replies

From the photographs, it appears like the charger IC had earlier got heated up and exploded in the car. The writeup below the photo says " while it was " mounted " ( on the windscreen or Dashboard ?? ) How can one mount a phone on a windscreen ???? Was there a docket on the Dashboard for charging/answering call via bluetooth ?? The pins of this phone may not have aligned with those on the docket. A ( ) and ( - ) of the charger going through the same connection can heat up the battery to exceptional levels, and heat up the phone. Thank God, only the charging portion burst out. There is also a lot of difference between an " explosion " and a " bursting "

This is the work of terrorists. We strongly condemn it. I appeal to all Indians to remain calm.
Oops. It has happened in Ireland. I take back my statement.

unbelievable but anything is possible today.
by amit agarwal on Jun 22, 2012 09:25 PM

it started with nokia, tata nano car, now samsung. initially it looks like some competitors mischieve but there may be some technical fault as these days organisations don't do quality check thoroughly to bring the product fast to the market.
