It may be noted that there are no people friendly Innovations from Government funded institutions like DST. CSIR, ICAR, DRDO or any other Public Funded Research Organization, though tens of thousands of crores are dumped into these organizations. Even stapler pins are still imported. Except large private organizations in India, which Innovate, there is no room for Innovative Ideas and people in this country.
I would be more than happy if even 0.1 % of the USD 10 billion or Rs.56.0 crore is set aside for Individual Innovations.
It is a Sad state of affairs for would be Innovators in this country.
