its not so simple!many factors play role starting from genetics ,stress, sleep, psychology, dietary habits, way of preparing food, and who says overweight people are unhealthy?human is homosepians species and needs to go to its original habits of jungle to eat raw food as much as possible rather than processed or cooked food eat in small quantities, remain starved rather than eating habitually all the life.so best way can be eat as much natural as possible,do exercise ,have fast at least skip meals 3-4 times in a week
you can't eat junk foods(coke,pizza,fried...etc) and compensate for that by going to zim and sweating out for 6 hours and also weight is not exactly and not always related to good health.
HI... I agree with Anand mehra....they have glorified the advantages of dieting undermining the benefits of exercising.... Healthy eating and good work out, both are vital to have a fit body or for loosing extra pounds.... exercising generates a rush of adrenaline also known as happy drug and brings you out of depression which is one of the major cause for weight gain especially around waist line by the production of enzyme in our body which primarily effects waist line.. So good work out regime along with healthy eating are prime-essential for weight loss...and yes muscles built due to exercising eats up excess calories...thus slimming you finally...
A good piece, but rather too simplistic. Correct in content, but limited. Good diet is about eating the right things, in the right manner, at the right times and in appropriate quantities, with respect to the person you are. While dieting, you CANNOT afford to forego adequate nutrition, otherwise you will fall sick and become unhealthy. Learn to get full nutrition while dieting, and follow that course. Exercise does more than what is stated in the above write-up. Apart from burning calories in linear proportion to the exercise done, it raises the metabolism of the individual, which, in time, helps burn more calories during non-exercise periods also. When the body of a person is regularly exercised, it develops a tendency to put on less weight from the same food as compared to a person who does no exercise, other factors being equal. Moreover, the physical and psychological benefits of exercise , in time, have a great positive impact on the overall well-being of a person, which creates a positive cycle of self-sustaining motivation. Now, get up, diet well and exercise hard and right. .....Anand Mehra
