The TOP 10 medical colleges of India 2012

What about Lady Hardinge Medical College
It is one of the best medical collges in India , girls from all over India crave for getting admission in this college.To clear DUMET/AIPMT is very difficult for medical student
But still it is not in the the list of Top 10 medical colleges in India. WHY ?
Recently , according to a survey , LHMC was not even in the Top 25 list . Why ??
Can someone please tell me what are the basis of these surveys ?

The best medical college is not accessible to Hindus who form 80% majority. Proselytes are welcome. We have lost this battle against proselytization.

Sorry but India is a secular stae and law of the this great secular land does not allow any institute to ahve reservation for hindus. All other religions can have reservation like CMC, Jamia malia etc.
