Its difficult to manage as daily the Cash handling charges make a heavy impact on account holders, The major problem is to customers who operate it daily if the deposit exceeds above 50k. There should be asolution to it as these as the calculation of these charges adds a percent or three to the account holders people having cash credit account in nationalised banks face this problems.

Beside various public sector, private, New Generation Banks & Foriegn Banks,Except public sector banks, many other banks Hire people on contract basis or through staffing services. These people doesnt know anything and are constraint to certain yardsticks. majority of our requests are either neglected nor goes unanswered. Despite computerisation one has to wait in long queues or ATM will not function for server fault. Any complaints made nobody respond properly, it is all due to carelessness.Recent Bank robberies in chennai is evident how officials are concerned about safety of public money without even having CCTV in their premises. Any delay in loan they charge exorbitant especially in credit cards.If the banking system deteroites in terms of service where public will safe guard their hard earned money. Kindly take more care and implement safety measures.
All India Bank Depositers' Association (remember M.R.Pai -THE consumer activist !) at the site of "Forum Of Free Enterprise" will have some more educative material about banks and frauds.
