its been very long sawari for india:
now about 8 years long...

1st came from italy2india.
then from india2italy.
1st from italy2swiss banks.

2nd came from pak2india.
then back2pak.
2nd from pak2swiss banks.

all enjoying in FERARI.

Proverbs in any case are not discovered but only invented.

Yes, definitely. I completely agree with that. There were some which sounded familiar to me and that was why I was able to answer them properly, but I was doubtful of their meaning. It would have been better if the meaning of the proverb were given along side.

There is no need to feel happy.

This doesn't mean that you are good in English.

Written English is easy to correct.

When you can converse with a Briton clearly and without making any mistakes, then you can say that you are good in English.

Stop wasting time here.

Take English quizzes on BBC and see what you score.

That is the true test of your command over this language.
