Lookout for National Accreditation and Assessment Council rating for colleges. A grade means good college (between 3 and 4, CGPA) and a CGPA of around 3.4 and above means very good colleges. Anything with a B or below is simply not good enough.
Regarding selecting a course of study, you have to decide and not others?Pl consider the following factors? 1.Your likes and dislikes,2.Your aptitude/attitude?3.Your past performance?4.The courses that are available near your home?5.Your economic conditions?6.Employ ability?7.Rating of the college? etc?
I can dispassionately recommend a good college in Lucknow. Shri Ramswaroop Memorial College of Engineering and Management offers B Tech 8 Branches,MBA,MCA,PGDM and BBA and BCA. People with good scores in entrance tests can get admission through UP counselling. For lower scores they have launched their University, Shri Ram Swaroop Memorial University where people with lower scores can also get admissions this year. It is an excellent option in UP
