The price will naturally come down after a month or two when all the focus is over. I must say this model is one of the best among smart phones and compete with Apple. In Dubai you can get it for AED 2,600 - 2,750 (less than Rs.40,000)
Just yesterday I visited Samsung showroom to check out the phone. They currently only have white model and in all honesty it looks and feels PREMIUM. There is nothing plasticky about the fone and it feels solid and BIG. Secondly, it is FAST! Last but not the least, its OVERPRICED at 43K but it is selling in showroom for 39.5K. BUT, here's the real deal - I got it from Indiaplaza for 35K flat! I was always saying that I wont pay anything above 35 for this phone and thankfully I got it on offer for 35,010!! Yeeehaa! :)

Sony has some good products, but honestly Sony has not impressed with a product that can cater to the high end customers

u know xperia s has heating problem which affects the display, sony is fixing this problem. all smartphones are having heating problem.
Samsung can do anything but it can't give a quality product. Till now, I have purchased so many products from samsung but all are disappointing. When it comes to service their products, samsung is nowhere to be seen. Apple is inventor so they deserve premium, samsung simply copies ideas and apps from apple, sony etc. My personal experience is that Samsung is hopeless, unreliable and not trustworthy. If one has to spend 43000, why not buy Apple, atleast you buy original thing! Rajender

1.Seems "Great Opprtunity" doesn't have xperienced SGS II or Note.Leave buying,he doesn't read enough about those phones!!

not really. I do live my apple 4s phone but samsung is a big competitor to apple and this phone is way ahead to 4s in tenchnologies. Samsung tvs have taken over sony tvs. Any ways buying a phone for 43K is a bad idea!

people are talking about S2 and Note but their service is really great, I had purchased Galaxy S and used it for around year and got into trouble, but unfortunately i had completed 1 year and a day purchasing the mobile but the Customer Care were kind enough to replace my handset.
So it depends on persons employed in Samsung than the company and same goes to Apple

U better update ur knowledge about the phones. Half of the parts used including displays and chips used in Apple product are from samsung stable and u say they dont have quality. And u say apple's I phones have good quality then try to compare the specs with samsung S II or a Note and u will know what is the diff.
