Did anybody monitored how much protein, carbs are in our daily food intake. we are eager to eat for taste but not for health. Thats why indians are looking like a polio chicken in front of foreigners.

Most Indians(or South Asians in general) look like patients because they have poor genes. They are a physically weak race and their intelligence level is poor as well. That's why India remains a third world country.

You missed mentioning the week old oil used to fry the vadas, and the bare hands used to handle the idlis.
They are a good source of antibodies as well.

Dear Convert,
Nobody coomented on your foregin name or your foreign faith. So take it easy. Deepak meant roadside Vada or for that matter any hand made food or deeply fried food stuff sold in restautrants or roadside food vendors.
I wonder if you are so sensitive, how do you live with a foreign name and foreign faith.

Sometime, people are unable to identify eatables through English names like "watercress". You may add local name in bracket.
