but mtnl which has started taking money even on their lifetime customers saying that lifetime is only for 5 years.
its a norm that service provider deducts money mostly without consent of customers abt VAS n then they shud b penalised for it. on inquiry, they say, v had given consent by pushing some buttons on mobile which implied our consent.

VAS is a curse as it wipes out the balance in the prepaid service and adds to bill in post paid. TRAI should suo-motto take cognizzance. Unless a customer gives a voice reply or sends an sms no charge should be levied for VAS. This VAS is open fleecing
The 11th thing that your Telecom operator will not tell you is that if you went in for NUMBER PORTABILITY and switched your operator, YOUR MONTHLY outgo on Mobile bill will be smaller than what it is , at present.
