Sir,

I am paying house rent 8000 per month. Will i have to pay tax on that too as my landlord is not providing PAN CARD?

I was working as contract professional (ITR4) in a Co. from Apr to Nov, 15 and from Dec 15 onwards as regular employee (ITR1). How to distribute Cahpter VI deduction also?

I have purchased a flat in March 2012 and the value is Below Rs.20 lakhs.. My income for 2011-12 is below tax limit. Do I have to file my return.
