I M 64 yrs old. i m4 kg overweight. hieght 173 cm wt 78.5 kg.i have problem of miled aurtharitis in both knee joints. i do pranayam for 1 hrs and miled yoga. what more to do. please suggest.

The BMI formula given is wrong. It should be 'It is calculated by dividing your weight in kgs by square of height in meters'.
