Kefir is not good for Lactose Intolerant people
by Guru Prasad on Jul 05, 2012 02:00 AM  | Hide replies

Rediff is saying exactly the opposite of what is written in wikipaedia for Kefir. Wiki says 'lactose intolerant' should avoid kefir and it's not good. Rediff says they can consume. Wiki also says North America started popularising the health benefits of Kefir recently. This article is part of that advertising effort and you can expect KEFIR cans to fill all hypermarkets across indian cities in a months time.

Please read the book "Vitamins That Heal" by H K Bakhru published by Orient Paperbacks and costs only 130/-. It's simply brilliant and a must have in every house. It has helped me so much.
