I used to take light snacks to office, which all my colleagues used to share.. i cant say no to them.. then I will be hungry and will go out to have junk food.. lolz...

this is the general tendency in offices - they share everthing you bring and leave you alone to fetch something from outside - poor taste of office culture
Start day with lemon juice,it is natural way of washing your stomach. Eat less sugar and less salt. Break fast 1.egg with 2 polka or roti, lunch : have 3 roti and cup of rice, dinner have some kichidi.
