I have read both the books of Amish the immortals of meluha as well as the secret of the nagas.

I have been intrigued by the fact that the books definety twist the legends/history to a great extent. Not only shiva, but ganesh, parvati, maa durga etc. legends are recreated.

There is no uproar of upheavel. Great. The books are interesting. wonderful. But while should the aithor twist the legend or is it to make truth more closer to mankind.
