1.Eat less of calories?
2.Burn more calories?
3.If there is any medical problem,get it rectified?

If you see aurvedic principles of loosing weight. First thing they suggest i9s avoid Yogurt (pro-biotic). Yogurt is considered to increase Kafa and clumping in nature which in turn increase body weight. To loose body weight Ayurveda suggests there are combinations of food that you should eat and avoid. Excess of any thing is bad (dont lump on proteins). Eat based on one Gunas (vata, pitta and Kafa) and according to the time. Harmonized not homogenized. That is why many dites dont works. Some works but fails to sustain weight. Follow the simple aurvedic principal and enjoy the food, dont deprive the food.
