use common sense

these points are good, but seems to be written by a hr person.
1. try to be practical. for example - if you had a problem on your previous job, please don't mention it - you will get kicked out immediately.
2. always be positive, say nothing negative about yourself. it will be used against you.
3. remember - jobs and girls are like BEST buses. if you don't get one, don't worry, another will come along shortly.
4. companies and the interviewers are not saints and a lot of 'jhol' goes on in the workplace and in life. everyone pretends to be a saint. its just a game. remember, no one is 'shareef' in life

Interview is a farce in India

You have to be a brahmin to get job easily in India. Be it a private sector or b - school. Most of the panelist are brahmins and they have clear instructions from RSS to select only brahmins....RSS has sperad a propoganda that nonbrahmin dalits have jobs in govt sector. No brahmin kshatriyas have jobs in military and administration. So brahmins have to secure thereselves in private sector. So no matter how good a candidate is, he is not selected most of the times, and even if selected, do not get promotions in time. Babasaheb Ambedkar got admission in London Businee School but he would not have been selected in any brahmin dominated indian b school.

very funny. so you want reservations in private sector too? Do you mean around 60% of the graduates from IIMs join the public sector as they are not from brahmin community?

Such non-sense people like you create a social division in the country. You guys want to get everything coming your way so easily just because you are from some backward caste. When you dont have the capability to get selected where only talent works, you start asking for reservations..!!

You are writing all nonsense here. You don't know anything happening in India. Please gain some knowledge or you will become useless in future.
