Hi Mr. Singh,

At Yamuna E-way you can find lot of builders who are offering their plots, flats, but there location is not acceptable as residential purpose. I have plots just between of Noida International University and Galgotia International University at 18k per Sqyrd only. This is best deal for anyone till this January end only.

Foolish Reasons

All 5 reasons are foolish.

Development happens where infrastructure exists, and expressways provide ample opportunities for investments. It will take some time. Look at Noida-Gnoida expressway, the plush constructions coming up on both sides.

Totally Agree. Even in USA in 1950s and 60s, lots of highways were built and then came lots of economic growth.
The only unfortunate was that Ford and GM spent lots of money for roads but unfortunately because of globalization, Honda and Toyota benefited.
