Work Hard (Physical or 1Mental). Any money that is earned by 1Cheating or 1Fraud or tricks.. wont give us a good happy peaceful sleep... Just work hard and honestly.. you will get good sleep.

Food, as a reason, for insomnia may be one in the many. Mainly stress and tension are the main culprits for insomnia. Inexpressable mounting tension due to problems at work place and home are considered to be the main villian in making one go sleepless, no doubt about it!
