not for everyone. most people buy but dont fully use it. i mean the buying is not justified by usage.
The website has been very disappointing, they book orders and then after a few days say that the products are out of stock. I have seen it happening for quite a few people.

Indeed, this is true - it happened to me not once, twice but three times. I paid by CC and they claim to have refunded the amounts 6 months later but never reflected in my CC statement. INDIAPLAZA is a fraud/cheat site - do not fall for their trap

The problem of CC refund not reflecting in accounts is a generic problem, not restricted to any particular site. I had this problem at ebay, Jet Airways and many others. The best option is to actively track the refund and remind them often rather than believing that it will be automatically credited to your account.

I feel the actual cost of manufacturing of these gadgets are way below their MRPs. Most of their MRPs consists of ad exps and Profit margins boss. After a while they can afford to reduce it by 75% also, they will not incurr losses even then
i had bought an item in oct, paid in advance, they kept promising it will be delivered in couple of days...fianlly in mid-dec they said the product is out of stock and that the money will be refunded in couple of days..till date i have not recived the refund...be careful

Yes , I have had a similar and pathetic experience with Indiaplaza - twice. Indiaplza service and their response is lousy - Vasant Bhanushali
