There can be specific poses for back pain, head ache things like that but to operate at the blood level it is taking it too far. Yoga is mainly a holisitic approach. If you practice consistently you will get OVERALL benefits not just lower cholosterol. Please avoid selling it too much. BTW i'm a long term practitioner. om shanti

it looks that you have not practiced yoga. I had a lot of problems like cervical, joint pains and sciatic. I used to be heavily on pain killers. With yoga asans and prayanayam. I am totally cured. If done properly, it works wonders. You have to do it to believe it and see it for yourself

what is not? even new medicines being developed are tested on rats and other animals. Its observation again. remember when Yoga was developed. even if there was sceintific evidence it would have got lost over the centuries.
