Grading system is good, all the Ivy leagues, GMATs, GREs do it. However system should nor change the examination pattern which actually pushes every student to study hard and get good marks. Hopefully this may solve the problems with medical and engineering admissions...GS medical MBBS closed at 96.6% and the 96.5% is left out.
It appears that there is influence of some country(-ies) on our politicians, who want to scuttle our education system systematically; degrading the standard of education till our boys are so lazy that they cannot compete with their mediocres. The sooner we get back to the RANK system, where we fight for each 1/4 mark, the better it will be for this country.

Absolutely grading system is not correct way of evaluation. May be in future people may give an excuse that, why they are taking drugs in sports is to over come pressure! It should be always a edge to edge competation. The best one has to be best rated. We can not issue single rating to students scoring 99 and 91. It is unfair for the students scoring 99. We may loose good brains, if we impliment this. It is always better to loose a week link than weekining strong links. This is what nature says "fittest will survive".
