i wont say tht its all crapbut if u a office or college goin person or simply a busy person...theres a lot other things tht matters...ur habbits, alchohal, smokes, ur t level, ur metabolism lot morte...n its bit difficult to make each of these on the right way. so the solution is...know ur body first. wht it suits for n keep doin
If you monitor your diet and do some light exercises, you will be better off. One hour of yoga and meditation (30 minutes each) will be the best way to start. In a months time, you will see the difference.

I never knew poor people cant climb steps. They may not eat costly nuts or fruits but eat cheaper ones which are better. They work hard so the fat in body will be minimum. They get exposed to sunlight thus calcium absorbing is proper. Only bad habit of poor people is smoking and drinking to suppress their pain .They may get kidney stones too because of excess dehydration
