V-day is not our culture but imported from the west. We should protest it. Yoga is best way to stay fit.

The Best Exercise for the young...

An all round fitness program is the best exercise. Forget six-pack abs and bulging biceps, aim for total fitness and you will get the six pack abs and the rest and an overall Oomph Quotient (OQ). Eat the usual food, do not go in for the special things like fortified this or zero cal that. To flatten the paunch, concentrat on breathing while exercising. See to it that you are expanding and contracting your belly along with your chest when you breath in and out. While breathing out, concentrate on contracting the section on the belly aroung the navel. It will tone up the abdominal muscles, which more often is the reason for the paunch. Go to the gym and exercise under a trained trainer's eye. That wil give you the best possible results in reasonable time.

Post Script
I have been exercising for the past fifty years and, believe me, I have not followed any diet, just maintained regular food habits. All my parameters BMI, body-fat, muscle mass, cholesterol level and the rest are healthy, I do not suffer from any age related probles including diabetes, etc. I attribute that to regular, demanding and challenging exercise routine.

fitness before valentines day

why only before valentine's day? fitness is always required. Anyhow, if a live picture of Katrina or Kareena would have been much better than giving some art work.
