Yes, even though I am a man, I must say that lady drivers are more patient and careful than men drivers. They are less prone to accidents.
The increasing number of rapes can be related to increasing modernity and glamour in society. Even western countries with one of best police and judiciary system have surprisingly high number rape incidents. But feminists and feminist media is turning a blind eye to this. WTF, just hang the rapist. Already there are many anti-men laws which are being misused by women in India.
The modern women and society should understand a basic rule - every action has equal and opposite reaction. It just so happens that the victim of this reaction is not the one who took wrong action (vulgar exposure in society), but some poor vulnerable girl/lady. So this "action" should be curbed first.
Its high time the modern women (feminists) ask themselves - don't they have brother/father/husband?
Its high time the indian parents teach their daughter too some discipline and to respect the men in society, and not to just go on exposure rampage.

That is so utterly non-sense statement. A rapist NEVER picks up victim based on her cloths or glamour, but he does it ONLY when he is confident that he will get away with it. Women in Soudi Arabia are covered from head-to-two and they get raped all the time. Bollywood actresses dress up so provocatively and vulgarly, and I never heard any of them raped or gang raped. Almost all raped victims are from middle class or poor class. Women from powerful and well connected families do not get raped, even though many of them dress like strippers in America. Why is that ? When was the last time you heard a minister's daughter or sister raped ? They live in the same society. So stop that no-sense. The reason number of rapes and gang rapes are increased because justice system is rotten from head to tow. Rapists are fully confident that they can get away with it.
This is the land mark achievement of women cab drivers in Mumbai, which was started some 4-5 years back. As, a Chief Manager - Training of MITCON, I was involved in this Training. MITCON was involved in some part of this training.
Further , MITCON has also felicitated a Woman School Bus Driver from Pune, who is successfully providing Bus Service to various Schools. Such ,initiatives can be beneficial to the societies .
Yeah I appreciate it -"All Women Cab Service" not only in Delhi but all over India.Many working women in call center being raped by male drivers and killed.Let the All Women Cab service to flourish.Its needed urgently also to ensure securities for women coming back from work at nighttime.
The most important change that we need to make is to get rid of the old and outdated system of function of Indian courts. It is a mockery or justice that these courts are taking years together, sometimes even more than 10 yeaers for pronouce a verdict. How outdated are our courts? When are they going to be modernised? When can our courts can dispose off the trial and pronounce verdit fast? Look at countries like America, Ausatralia etc to know how fast is their legal system? You are assured of verdict within 6 months. An incident of an Indian pushed under tarin last day at a city in USA is already under trail there!!! We wouldnt have evene registered an FIR here. Look at the difference? Such prompt and speedy disposal of cases will automatically reduce rate of crime. Secondly, let the law of the land take its own course. Let not the law be bend for those influential. The unholy and shamefull nexus of this misuse of the law by politicians and bureaucrats are the curse of this country. Lets learn to respect law. Lets not allow leaders/bureaucrats to misuse the law for thier advantage. Learn this from the west at least.

Nonsense.It was their dictatorial mentality and so called false national propagandas which got the opportunity to enter public hearts on Italy and Germany and won them as rulers of Italy,Germany.Where Democracy fails dictatorship starts.But with more loss of innocent lives and ruins a nation.
