There are Poeple who are inspirational there are people who are hardworking there are people who are in party at workplace There are people who are misfit
And every_dog has his day One person enjoys other is at ease very another may be crying and cycle continues
Its a fact that the underworld mafia, human smuggling, drugs and narcotics business are the best managed business across the world. These businesses have a very focussed vision and a stable organization.
Rest is just an eyewash and loadssss of crrrraaaap.
Even if you compromise on pay and take home a little. That's the ultimate solution. My two cents. The problem with Indians is majority of the youth go to college to get a job in a good company. Why can't they start something on their own, create production and jobs? That takes a lot of guts? eh...that's why India will always lag behind the west.
Here people those who does not know and have bad family back ground, poverty, lots kids , good in politics, credit snatchers, having political or some form of backing can servive.

If one has skills, nothing can stop him/her. That's the fact. You should come out of your negative mindset and disappointment.
I followed pretty much what this author had mentioned during my 1st day at job:
I was aptly dressed, punctual, willing to learn, respect seniors, move around well with all. But then, I was not asked even to give my intro by my sadist superior. No work was even assigned to me. Nevertheless I followed it for 60 days and the situation remained the same. Only after about 6 months I noticed, the company recruited me just to project their employee strength and by throwing peanut salary to a fresher, they weren't going to loose much and realised they never needed me. I was told to read somebooks and observe what seniors did. Most of the colleagues spoke in regional languages that I didnt understand and didn't even bother to realise that there were outsiders and they got to be speaking in english. After about 1yr, during my appraisals, I was told, I did nothing great and that I wouldn't get any hike. All I had in my mind then was 'forget the hike, atleast let me get involved in the work'.
Now after having spent close to a decade in the corporate world, if I look back at what had hapenned then, I realise that I was a tad unlucky to have had the worst possible start to my career. My 1st project leader had just about 6yrs and could hardly speak good english. She didn't even have an iota of knowledge on project management. Most of my then-colleagues lacked basic office ethics.
These books take you into an ideal world. But the practical world is totally different.
Never stop apple polishing your boss however dumb he is. Don't make him look less smart than you. Gift your ideas and suggestion to him so that he can present it in the meeting as his own

And the boss who works as a manager and himself/herself is a worker forgets where he came from from and gives you an impression that it is his company and that he owns you.
Humans will never be fully satisfied and happy as long as they follow others' directions and are restrained. Being one's own boss is the best solution.
