FREE ADVISE TO MR RJ
by chandrashekar nayak on Mar 09, 2016 02:40 PM

RJ has committed USD 1 Bn [Rs 7,000 crores] for charity in 2020. My advise to him is to spend that money to provide housing to homeless in rural India. Approx 280,000 houses can be constructed with Rs 7,000 crores @ Rs 500,000 per House. Out of Rs 500,000 per house, Rs 250,000 goes for material and balance Rs 250,000 is towards labour. Beneficiaries should be asked to work for free as a community to build those 280,000 houses for mutual benefit. May be, by involving the Central and State governments, land can be obtained for free. In rural places, there are surplus area belonging to the Govt where there is no forest. Houses can come up on those land. Home for All by 2022 may come true of 100 more people like RJ comes forwards. We have 2000 capable donors who can pledge a Billion Dollar each. Tata,Bajaj,Ambanis, Adani, tech Ginats, Mahindras, are capable of putting in 5 billion Dollars each. If the rich people [ with money and heart] decides to help poor Indians, anything is possible. Will they? may be RJ should inspire them.

Sir what you said was correct, but i think rich people who has a lot for his 50 generation should adopt villages of their state and give them basic food, shelter and education so that they do not need to beg from anyone. For them not money but even sympathy with help matters

HE doesn't give or take anything. We are just being generous or may be afraid to loose what we have. Like you have worked to get wealthy, you must work to get healthy. There is no other way and you know it. Maintaining health is addictive just like keeping wealth is. The first pounds you loose are always the hardest, just like the gaining the first million. The next few, easy. Believe me, the feeling you'll have when you see yourself getting healthier cannot be penned. It is much more satisfying than seeing yourself gain wealth.
