Reducing 33 kgs in three months is dangerous .Can be fatal . Bulging tummy need not always be due to fat . A medical cause of tummy infamation can also cause potrusion , especially afte food .

I was 110kgs and i reduced to 77 kgs in 3 months. It needs proper diet, excise, timely sleep and will to reduce weight. The benefit of weight reduction i was diabetic, 1st detection was 464 pp now my glucose levels are very normal and i am not taking tablets for the last 1 year. And i feel very light and my stamina is far better and i am able to wear all type of clothes.

Hi all,
i was on business assignment to stockholm for 3 months. So I had lot of time at home and absolutely no responsibility.
I was 85 kg in the starting and then I decided to burn my fat in this 3 month period. So I started jogging in the morning. In the starting i was jogging for 1 km on the road. But slowly i gained stamina and by the end i was jogging for 7.5km 5 days a week. now i m back to india and in those 3 months i have lost 8 kgs. But remeber i have controlled on my diet also. So we have to mix up exercise and correct diet to reduce the tummy fat.

i burnt my fat 33kgs in 3 months from 110 kgs to 77 kgs its just motivation, hardwork and above all will to do so

feed back i got was really amazing many people even in the diet industry met me to get tips how to reduce the most important thing is i was diabetic now i am without tablets and sugar level are very normal

my hip size was 44 and i reduced it to 33 and i dont take diabetic tablets for last 1 year

It will take at least six months hardwork if the tummy is over the circumference of chest. No matter what ever you do, except some kind of surgery / Steroid.

I would say it would take more than a year or years to get flat tummy in the case you put out. It's not easy to burn the belly fat; however, it happens over a period of time. It takes discipline, regularity, hardwork, and managing stress levels.

Flat tummy = Burn calories.

Although strengthening will cut calories, the quickest way is to to cardio.
HIIT is proven to be most efficient.

...and cut out sweets and junk food.Eat lots of vegetables and fruits.Eat light and don't overeat.Don't aim for bodies like shown in advertisements but settle for a resonably looking one. A healthy body is preferable to a slim one with ailments.
