eating everything in small quantities and after 2 hours along with regular exercise no matter how basic it may be and even for 5 minutes will help you to increase the energy levels in your body. But the advice if followed thoroughly will surely give you the fitness which you can just dream of at this moment.

The best exercise that will help you remain slim and trim without giving up eating, smoking and sleeping is horizontal jogging!

With age and time, people give up this very "joyous" activity and lose their great shape!

Both Care ena and Safe Ally are proof of the effectiveness of this exercise!

is regularly described by the Indian media as being 'very beautiful', 'very glamorous', etc.

As an anonymous wag is reported to have once said

"The most grossly obvious misrepresentation is sometimes ignored or accepted by those who would otherwise pounce upon the slightest perceived variance in depiction"!!

Hideously square jaws, dead pan eyes, lips that look like huge chunks of coarse rubber, cheek bones that jut out like add-ons on the face, etc. are all sought to be smothered by the constant media hype about her alleged glamour!
