Depends on how badly and crucial d opening is ... every one wants sincere and honest slaves in less salary ... whoever agrees r in ... rest r out :) Simple ... dont forget even HRs have 2give interviews :P

what's wrong if there is a tiff with colleague or management? ppl don't like each other all the time.

just becos one doesnot get along with x & y,that does not mean one won't get along with u and v

there are genuine conflicts of interest aswell.

sometimes ur ideas rub someone thewrong way.what can you do about it?

so the candidate has to pretend he had no conflicts ?

at the bottom level,the candidate has to suit the requirements and provide impressive knowledge

I totally don't agree on some point. These rules apply only for freshers and for which there are lot of supply. For special skills, there is no rule. HR will recruit any one. I have seen that in many companies like TCS, JP Morgan and mostly hyderabadi based company candidate comes in slippers and jeans.

If you dont have passion for work. To serve. its very hard to get job. If you have shown this in your previous job. your confidence would be so high, any one will give you job. its body language and your sub conscious get you job. not your tricks.
