If the stock starts hitting bottom circuit, how promoters/manipulator cartel can dump the illiquid stock to common public? could any one enlighten me on this topic?

Hi, The question to ask is, when does stock start hitting lower circuit. It is only when, large amount of sell orders appear as soon as the market opens for trade. Because of this dumping by cartels, retail investors will not be able to sell their holding till the circuit lasts. Hope this helps.
