Worst Bank to work with,Bad work ethics and no concern for employees,a huge generation gap between employees hinders the growth of young employees.Poor and delayed customer service coupled with ill mannered staff, who cant speak English especially in the northern region of the country. They are way behind in terms of professionalism and don't have any approach towards work.So its a humble request to all, please don't join these banks unless and until you don't have anything in your hand.cheers
is owned by a group that largely belongs to the Kerala 'Syrian Chrisxtian' community.
This community is an upstart lately-mercantile one and has pretensions to being very distinguished.
Its chief advantages have been a willingness and eagerness to single-mindedly focus on securing anything that can come its way to boast and preen before neighbours!
Admittedly, this trait is very common among commoners in general. But in the Kerala 'Syrian chrxitian' community, it is particularly pronounced.
Having the motive of keeping up with the Joneses or preening before neighbours/society as the paramount objective in life is actually so typical of the commoner's intellect. And by this yardstick, the Kerala 'Syrian chfriztin' community can be named as a 'community of commoners'!
if companies want good talent then they should remove age limit. many talented people would like to move to banking sector but age becomes a obstacle as they are not eligible and filtered. moreover entrance tests are being conducted by new new agencies many of which are unknown to candidates. ibps is one such agency which has come into limelight in last 2 years. earlier every bank use to conduct its own exam. now they have started accepting scores of ibps which is a 3 party agency. here also outsourcing. i feel no one wants to do the work. everyone wants to outsource. what is hr dept of bank doing? what is stopping banks to recruit fresh candidates from tier 3 or 4 b schools for clerical or probationary officers.
Hearty congratulations to Federal Bank Ltd., on their growth achievement. Continue to serve your customers as now which will go a long way in realising your future goals.
