Vitamin B12 is available only in non-veg foods. For veg people milk is the only source of B12. If people don't consume 250ml good quality milk everyday they will face B12 deficiency. Our body prepares Vitamin D using morning sunlight but many people are not exposed to morning sunlight. Vitamin C is destroyed if food is cooked. We can get it only from eating fresh fruits regularly. The best way to find out whether you have vitamin deficiency is to take 3-4 dose of that vitamin and if you find any improvement in health or feel good then you conclude you are consuming that vitamin less.

U RIGHT , by not eating right food and right supplementation u will loose almost ur all parts ,if with right attitude u can still feel like "GREAT KHALI"
BUT THE PROBLEM IS NEVER EVER TRY TO BEHAVE LIKE KHALI ,AS BECAUSE U FACE REAL KHALI WITH SO MANY REAL MUSCLE POWER EVEN ATTITUTE IS MISSING..
