Among S-II, S-III, Note, and Tab -> Note is the still the best.
It's size is just enough to fit in pockets of shirts and trousers. It's 8MP camera quality is the best among all phone cameras. It got stylus for drawings. Its AMOLED screen is again the best among all phones.
S-III got more features than Note but those are not frequently used.
Technology has advanced to such an extent that Medical researchers are into establishing NEW brain circuits and implanting micro(nano) chips (not silica based but biological/protein based) in Brain to cure Alzheimer's disease/improve memory and the like.
It is unfortunate that we do not hear of attempts to dismantle/destroy our FIRMLY ingrained and entrenched brain circuits to laud anything that makes an entry into India - not just that - but to criticise anything coming out of Indian Entrepreneurship.
I do not mean that we should enmasse try to only promote Aakash tablets but give a chance to other fairly economical Indian models too.
Tablets & Smartphones, specially, will become pervasive in all sectors and applications - in particular Education & Health - and Indian manufacturers can forge effective ties with these institutions in an effort to promote the applications and knowledge acquisitions. Institutions, for their part, should consider it a NATIONAL OBLIGATION to be a partner in this exercise.
Apple has extensive ties with most School Districts in U.S.A. for their tablets. Business thrives and Knowledge spreads.
I don't know why we Indians should be really care about Apple and Samsung products which highly overpriced and doesn't serve any purpose. All of us know that under the able leadership of our minister Shri. Kapil Sibal Ji India has launched Aakash tablet which comes at a fraction of price of the above mentioned tablets and as far as quality and functionality is concerned Aakash very comfortably beats both Apple iPad and Samsung Galaxy in all departments. I request all Indians to stop buying these overhyped and overpriced tablets and buy only Swadeshi Aakash Tablet.

A direct response to your Samsung being in deep trouble now is a firm "NO".
1. Samsung's Galaxy tab tablets DO NOT INFRINGE on Apple's design patents for the iPad, as per the ruling. As a result, though, (a)Google needs to TWEAK Android's user interface.(b) Competitors may be apprehensive of even shadowing idevices.
Yet, Samsung may have difficulty (or may not be able to sell) in the U.S.A.
The very court ruling may be even become responsible for Samsung's huge share of market in MOST OTHER COUNTRIES. Possible.
General : 1. Apple is an American Company which factor may have favoured the ruling to an extent. 2.Samsung's response - "This is not the FINAL WORD in this case or in the battles being waged in courts and tribunals around the world, some of which have already rejected may of Apple's claims."
"It is unfortunate that patent law can be manipulated to give ONE Company a MONOPOLY over Rectangles with Rounded Corners."
Also note that in the U.K.case, Apple actually had to publicly apologise to samsung on Apple's own website and state that SAMSUNG had not copied their Products.
