i think what autherhas suggested isjust not feasible because all govt institutes are workingas per guidelines of Govt of India. so how can one expect waiving of processing fees...., who will support to waive in the institute

Is we have to pay the charges for the loan statement in pnb bank. What r the charges for shifting the loan from 1 bank to other.is it worth.
