How about getting of the coastline and out of the cities for something really different and unique. Try Litchfield National Park, Lightning Ridge, Lake Mungo National Park, Flinders Ranges, the Bungle Bungles.. the list is endless and really amazing!
Blue Mountains are worth to visit. There is place called Helensbergh which is known in Indian community for a Hindu temple is as well worth to visit. Canberra during spring (Sept mid to Oct mid)organizes nice flower show with few 100 Thousand flowers (don't exactly remember) plus Australian Parliament house usually open during weekends for visitors. South coast of NSW is great to drive. So, plenty to discover for sure.

okay ss! that is real pix, kangaroos jump accross rural roads. see the warning boad in the distance, there are boards like that to warn of kangaroos and koalas,evens kids & elderly. The animals might run accross due to protection of natural resources by the govt even along side urban roads.you can see in pix that the road is country road where you require a 4X4 to drive

Is there any reason for you to say its a wax statue? I would think its quiet natural for anyone to assume that its a real kangaroo, until you have any solid reason that it is not real.

I have lived in this country for more than 3 years and there isn't any visible racism there. Blame it on our media which makes mountain out of mole hill.

True. More robberies and hits and runs happens in Delhi and Mumbai everyday and we may or may not call it racism or with religion. Outside India, our media becomes experts and savious of human race.
