most chocolate is dumping ground for margarine or hydrogenated veg oil. only genuine chocolate using genuine cocoa butter is Swiss chocolates which are very expensive. rest are all adulterated with margarine so avoid it like plague

always read the ingredient list. it should ONLY have cocoa butter but never the word HYDROGENATED which is usually the case with regular chocolate products

As far as I understand, this has been the propaganda of the western food style which is being imposed on the indian population, as India is a huge market for the selling these products. Indians must not fall prey to this BS and follow our age old time tested traditional food which has even higher nutritive value than all the sea food presented here. Western world has now been realizing the efffects of these food leading to obesity and diabetes in their younger population. People in India must stop eating the fast food provided by these big chains which get profit over people and they do not care what has been added to their processed food
