USA,France - do these countries have their authentic cuisine in first place?

Italy, India, Japan, China, Spain, Thailand - at least have authentic dishes.

Japanese cuisine is gaining popularity through out the world. Like it is mentioned in the article, It is not just attractive ut also very healthy. It is quite surprising that we Indians do not eat lot of sea food even though India is a peninsula and sea foods are available in abundance.

If you can get used to eating raw fish, raw meat then Japanese cuisine is for you. Raw food is always nutritious as compared to cooked food.

Soba and Raamen are good, at least they are cooked.

Personally, I don't see anything classy about it.

Indian foods and cuisine are good
by Varadarajan Ravindran on Aug 10, 2012 04:38 AM

Foreigners feel that Indian cuisine is really top class. It is more sophisticated than Western, Japanese, and South East Asian cuisine according to foreign experts including American and British critics. Some critics say that some Westerners are unable to handle the spice and heat. In terms of taste a large majority say that Indian cuisine top the list.
