why indian glamour world wants to project ugly fashion & ugly woman in name of some kind of different like modern art.

If some thing is good looking then it is you can put democracy in it by projecting ugly packaged as beauty!!!

Is anyone going to wear this outside other than closed functions in 5 star hotels in India .

Ethnic perhaps means these ladies belong to some tribal groups. It was quite evident from their looks and expressions.
