Probably its banks responsibilty to take care about customer a) All Customers are not aware of online transactions b) all customers are not aware of all software problems c) everybody is not suppose to read all care about transactions.

a) A customer should learn online banking before attempting to transact; otherwise, he should not attempt. b) Banks are a financial institution, not educational - do you get driving classes if you buy a car? c) I agree that software/hacking problems cannot be identified by everyone, but it's always safe to know them to some extent or at least get the protection softwares installed by a knowledgeable person.
