There is nothing separate about spirtuality. If you see the world with your spirit (Soul), it is spirtuality.. if you see through mind, it is mentality.. whatever you with body is physicality.. It is a matter of which organ you use to interact with surrounding matter. Gods can connected to and can be interacted more through spirit than using mind and physical body.

Well I disagree. If you understand it properly you will know that there is NO such thing called a "Soul". And for that matter, there is No such thing call "Matter" either.They are just fluctuations in the quantum vacuum. Experiencing something beyound the physical, that is Spirituality, which you can't do with our senses. I just repeated Sadhgurus words.
