I have been working from my home for the last four years and I am immensely enjoying it. I have rarely missed any deadline, been always prompt in response and at the same time drop and bring my kids to and from school. I do not spend time in traffic any more. However, I must say its all about how you adjust your work your work to your home environment. I have also taken a virtual meeting centre where I hold meetings with my clients. Sometimes you get an important call and at the same time your kids start fighting, crying and doing all sort of things which you will hate.
