whole grain bread?
by suresh kumar on Feb 23, 2015 09:03 AM

I dont know where I could get bread that is made without Maida (even in whole wheat bread, 25% maida is added. The gluten rich Maida is a health hazard, known to induce diabetes slowly, but surely! Othwer items as all others told are exotic!

Be local first

Come on rediff , try to pick from local foods than foods eaten by some one else which is even unheard. Populorise local foods than promoting american or European foods

Agree.. same goes with Quinoa(WTF) and Peanut Butter. How many Indians frequently consume these food items ? Rediff just wants to fill space on their website.

What kind of workout are you talking about, author? If it is a cardio/fat burning session peanut butter is among the worst you can have! Please take a look at the calorie info of peanut.

All nuts are packed with fat. Excellent choice indeed after an hour on treadmill!
For mass building, yes, peanut butter helps. But only for high intensity workouts.
