Great to hear about Ramesh and his transformation. Even after going through the whole slide show, I cannot fathom how this transformation took place. First of all how did they select him for interview? Was that random? Which organization took up this? What is this program? Are they training more? How can others make use of it? I am disappointed that the article hardly talks about the program or its details.. Nevertheless a very refreshing story considering the beginning and the current state of Ramesh (I dont want to call it the end of story)

It adequately proves that it is a matter of opportunity & given a chance , talent always finds its reward. God knows how many more Rameshs are there in our great country languishing for lack of proper opportunities. Ramesh definitely need to be praised but the real heroes are the ones who spotted him and trained him. God bless them and may their tribe increase for taking India forward

Can you pl. write how the transformation has happened so that it can help others to find means in similar ways for their transformation or people can use the means to help needy for their transformation.
