Advantages of working at IBM - come on this is not a wisemen selection most of the people do not want to join IBM The reason behind is IBM SUCKS ............. Most of the people who are at IBM Themselves want to Leave the Job & they take others Reference for change of Job , Salary Structure itself Sucks & stinks At IBM , The HR's at IBM are like Bull Shit's In Total IBM Stinks & Sucks that's the reason their will always be a Recuritment Drive at Week ends at IBM where people do not want to stick in to the same company , people join IBM then they come to know the Bullshit of it & in couple of months they are ready to Leave .
No company is good or bad, it's the management who make things bad for the resources. IBM still has the best employee policies as compared to their counter parts (sans the salary hike).
