Best tax-saving option: MF ELSS, ULIP or PPF?

cant b compared like rediff has done. ppf interest is tax free whereas nsc interest is also taxable every year.this point has been completely ignored.

Rediff has been posting such articles eversince ELSS was included under 80C.

This article is misleading ,ULIP's are now far cheaper than MF's a Long term investment

What is written was true few years back ,but incorrect now
