There are fewer vocational training institutes which offer the right courses which will help the candidate to grow in his area of interest. The main aim of such institutes should be to groom the candidate to face the challenges in his/her personal and professional life.

Degree is Most Important. It is Baseline apart from that Students Need to Sharp their Skills in Accounts, Costing, Auditing ,Tax, Banking etc... & Most Important is Soft Skills(Communication, Resume Writing)
Just by commerce graduate we will not get more skills. By doing additional vocational courses we will have more skills and by that more opportunities will come
No Doubt, The Finance has endless opportunity. But you have to have the right skills. But the problem is you can not get skills from study only. You should get the right training to become skilled. Only skills can take you to the desired goal.
